OK he’s definitely not a nice guy lol. That bird mask looks strangely familiar, though… I can’t quite put my finger on it. :/

The mask is, I assume, based on what “Doctors” would wear during the Plague. The beak was filled with flowers and herbs to “Cleanse the air of demons of sickness”. Or Elliot just liked the look. :P
